Leg Day Essentials – Why You Shouldn’t Skip It



Skipping leg day is one of the most common fitness mistakes, and almost everyone has been tempted to do it at some point. Leg workouts feel tough, they demand energy, and they use the biggest muscles in the body — which is exactly why they matter so much. Strong legs aren’t just for athletes; they’re the foundation for everyday movement, long-term strength, and an overall balanced physique.
